Definition of Geryon


Geryon, in Greek Mythology, is a giant with three bodies and three heads. It knows no death in the conflict between the Olympians and Giants, but on the tenth of the labors of Heracles. It has a huge herd of cattle that Heracles must report to his cousin. To achieve this, he must kill the Giant, the shepherd, the two-headed dog and the terrible dragon that guard.
