Definition of Nephilim

Nephilim

The Nephilim are beings who appear in the Hebrew Bible, specifically mentioned in the Book of Genesis and the Book of Numbers. They are also mentioned in other biblical texts and in some non-canonical Jewish writings. They are the offspring of angels who had sexual intercourses with women. These angels were banished from heaven by God and were been called then the fallen angels.
