Rhea in Greek Mythology is a Titaness, daughter of Uranus and Gaia, and wife of Cronus. His personality is intertwined with that of Gaia, as Earth and universal Mother . She gave birth to the generation of Olympians and rebels when she sees her husband eat her children. To saveZeus, she gives in its place, to Cronos a stone wrapped in swaddling clothes.
