Iron Man 2   

Ivan Vanko (Mickey Rourke) is the son of Russian scientist Anton Vanko (Yevgeni Lazarev), who worked with the father of Tony Stark on the original reactor. The latter was deported when Tony's father discovered that he wanted to sell the plans of the reactor to Russia. Problem, the Russians threw him in a Siberian gulag for 20 years because he came back empty handed. On his deathbed, Anton gives to Ivan the original blueprint of the reactor. Ivan uses this oportunity straightaway to build his very own version of the miniature reactor and to integrate it to his suit equiped of whips to confront Iron Man and avenge his father.
